a very exiting movie....i never take my eyes off of the screen when i watch it. its almost as fantastic as LOTR!
very fun to watch.
CANT WAIT FOR THE SEQUEL!!!!!!!

I just think its a bunch of crap to not have gambit in the movie, he's a great X-men and diserves to be in the movie. i mean give a guy a stick and some cards and have him blow stuff up. they put in collosious but not gambit, man they could of just showed some guy in an a scene with a deck of cards and that would of been cool but know all we got was to see his name

Did you see Bobby's bro in X2...watch him...he becomes the Juggernaut, right? And the Beast (Professor Hank) is featured in a news clip. Anybody see any others? How about Deathstrike? Awesome death....Too bad they wasted her.

I really wanna know if Brian Synger is going to put in Jean Grey as Phoenix on X3! Because in the end of X2 that's what seams to be!

For A Breif Second The X-man Known As Ju-Ba-Lee was in the sequel but whatever... Gambit is the Greatest and The Director Is pissing me off by not having him in the movie...AT ALL! The next movie should have him, the Juggernaut,or the Centinals in it.Then It would Be a good movie but without Gambit I can't enjoy them.

Its not Icemans brother that is the Juggernaut, Its Xaviers Brother. I think there is a whole storyline right there. Cain hates Xavier, Xavier is of course always trying to "save" Cain... Mabye supermind, Jean Grey/Phoenix, versus superbody, Juggernaut. Plus who doesn't wanna see somebody tackle a city bus and win! :)~

man oh man....they should have put gambit in the movie...i mean hello??..he was like one of the most important characters of xmen....with his arrogance and smooth sexy new orleans accent....(speakin of accents where the hell was rogue's southern bell-like accent??) guess they had enough arrogance with wolverine didnt want to take the spot like away from him....rest asure he better be in xm3 with a big part and hot actor (hope he takes rogue away from icemen) cause they will have hell to pay....good movie overall....like how they will set up the phoneix saga for xm3, but a movie 21/2 hours maybe not

I cant agree with yall more I was pissed off too cause they did no put Gambit in the movie. THe thing that really heated me up was that Bryan Singer the director said that gambit would be in the sequel but what did we get a name that was it wtf? Jubilee has been in two xmen movies and a tv marvel movie (Generation x) I mean how come they put her in the movie how come it could'nt be Psylocke, Polaris, Blink, or the Purple girl for that matter in the film making cameos? I even heard from some directors that they would put the sentinels in the film but where were they? I think the director should put gambit in the next movie or give him a noticeable cameo like Shadowcat, Artie, and colossus cause im gettin tired of seeing these other irrevelent marvel characters getting cameos like that tv kid and Artie(was'nt he a morlock). I think the person who should play gambit should be Orlando Bloom(Lord of the Rings) he's perfect for the job.

I´m a fan of x-men, I like this cartoon and collect magazines , my favorite x-men is cyclops, and the true I dislike that in the movie X2, cyclops only appear in the begin and ended of the movie, and don´t make anything, I think , if the name of the movie is x-men, all the x-men are important not only wolverine, but if you want to do a movie only about wolverine, this movie must be named "weapon-X" or "wolverine", for don´t spent my money inthe movie, I´m sorry for this words but it is that I feel, and excuse me for my errors to write, but are because in my country speak spanish and I treat to do that I can.

Ya, I was just reading what you guys had to say about X2 and I was also Very pissed off about the fact that we were promised Gambit in X2 and only got to see his name on a computor screen,so ya, I was getting all exited to see him in the movie and then he wasn't!But the good news is i was watching a show and they were interviewing Shawn Ashmore (Iceman) and they asked him which of tha characters that weren't in the x-men movies would be coming to the big screen and Shawn Ashmore replied "well, I'm sure that they're putting Gambit and Beast in the movie ".......so now I'm happy and I just have to wait until it comes out in theaters.....And the thing about the accent,HE HAD BETTER HAVE A CAJUN ACCENT!.......
Bryan Singer also said that he was considering Orlando Bloom for the part of Gambit,that is a very good choice,I'm just not sure that Orli can get rid of his brit accent and replace it with Gambit's. WHERE'S ROGUE'S ACCENT!!!!
by tha way Gambit and Rogue should get together.All and all, think that they did a really good job on the Vamp and Teleporting effects for Nightcrawler.

That I know, the next one will be on May 2006, what day?? still don't know. Well, I've watched both movies (Enjoyed it) and collected collectables too. I am also a fan of it (maybe not big)but for sure I agree that the movie was GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I am a great fan of the X-men, I have disappointed with the development of Storm's character. In earlier issues of the comic book she was the team leader and quite powerful. I would like to see more displays of power and definitely more dialogue.

I liked xmen 2 for the most part. i really like night crawler and his scene in the beginning. I also like where wolverine killed a couple of those soldiers. the only thing i really didnt like was at the end. i know they needed some circumstance to let pheonix emerge but come on. they had ice man and not to mention storm they could have just frozen the water. i mean all of the sudden they are so helpless. oh well.

Maybe Storm and Iceman could freeze the water. But, too much water could be hard for them even if three of them could the the job. Man!!! It was the whole dam that burst!!!! But maybe they didn't think of freezing the water in time?? (When Jean Grey went out, they were busy with the powers (controls) to start.)
Well, but the ending kept me thinking, what will happen to Magneto?? Mystique?? Pyro?? Where will they go?? What will they do next?? When will be their next strike of plans to the rest of humanity?? How about the good guys?? What will happen to them?? I will be waiting for the third sequel to come.

Agree with shag, there was several ways which may be tried at the end.. fills the head with opinion "ok. they want to kill Jean in the scenario". In my opinion they fail to give the impressions of hopelessness.
Btw isn't it out there anybody also, who don't like the transformation of the wild, smoking, rude beast Wolverine in to a wise, cool hero type!! .Hey, remember our leader and hero is Cyclops here. Stop this Wolvi fanaticism.
Altough I understand the needs, still I have to admit that I'm not well with the costums also (the whole film was nearly black-white.. remember the colors.. remember the comic)
