It got an Oscar last year for Best Foreign Language Film. Largely set in what looks like South Africa's Soweto, this could be a present-day Afro Blade Runner, but without the Droids & other sci-fi stuff!
There's a good screenplay, action, pathos & sentiment, & an excellent Afro music s/t.

Definitely the best film I saw at an International Film Festival. A beautiful plot, and interesting to see such a different culture. All the thugs out there should find themself a baby, if only this plot would really play out. Touching film, applaud.
