Me too--but, McReady and Childs probably froze to death. Unless Childs was infected. Or they both became infected. Or--the thng was still alive--in pieces.

The original "The Thing From AnNother World" was excellent as well. I have both on DVD.

I haven't seen the original. I didn't like The Thing much, except the very end, which I thought was brilliant.
