He assaulted a man not this year! It was in 2002! And assaulted isn't dealing with a gun or ne thing like that!This is what the article said:
Arrest warrants allege that Jackson grabbed 40-year-old guard Drew Grissom around the neck and struck him. In jail, tests showed his blood alcohol content registered 0.14. He posted $1,000 bail early Sunday and left.

that's bad ne way, he struck a man's neck!!! maybe he had a reason or something i dont think he is a murderer or anything, we dont know exactly what happened so we cant judge , i dont know. there has to be an explanation!!
