Did you like the movie. I did not watch the whole movie but I think it is kinda good. What do you think

well i saw the movie and i thought it was a really good movie....it was well directed and shows people first hand what its like to be a Las Vegas showgirl..... i think the acting was amazing...come on elizabeth berkley from saved by the bell to showgirls......she was either a bad girl pretending to be a good girl...or she is a graet actress!!!!the movie was and still is an adult movie but what can i say im not an adult and i thought it was great!!!...it really isnt suitable for someone of my age but i saw it anyways and my first reaction was wow thats crazy but then i saw it later on when i was a bit older and i recognized that it wasnt just an adult movie to tickle some old mens fancies.....i realized it was an eye opener....and i cant sit here and say that it wasnt made to get some people off but that isnt the whole truth behind the movie so i advise u to watch the movie again or for the first time and look past the sex and stripping try to see what i saw!!!!

The best part of the movie was where Naomi kicked the shit out of Andrew Carver for beating up Molly. He was a stupid ass motherfucker and he got what his dumbass deserved. On the whole, I think Showgirls was an ok movie. It's not Oscar worthy, but it definitely wasn't boring either. I think it gives a good account of what showgirls in Vegas have to actually go through to make it in the entertainment industry. However, I think the movie would have been a lot better if it was more focused on the struggles behind being a Showgirl rather than all the nudity and sex. The eroticism is what sort of brought the movie down a bit. Otherwise, it was pretty good.

Am I the only one who thought this movie was the worst movie I've ever seen? I mean, the plot is so irrelevant and vague, and what is the purpose of James and Nomi's relationship? I mean, he is basically some asshole guy who does nothing to further the story. But, the odd thing about this movie is that I've found it to be quite addicting. It's like watching a car accident happen: once you see it you just can't turn away. What are you gonna do, watch tv and eat chips?

This movie rocks! I can't believe some of you didnt like it! Elizabeth Berkley is great as Nomi. I do agree with whoever said that you hav to try and get past the nudity, and if you can you will really enjoy this film!

The worst movie ever! The only interesting thing about it is that the black dancer Ungela Brockman was a dancer for Madonna on her 1993 Girlie Show tour...

I like how Elizabeth Berkley goes from Jessica Spano, the liberal bitch from Saved By The Bell, to the slutty showgirl. Personally, I would rather have seen Kelly from Saved By The Bell do showgirls. I had a dream last night about going to a strip club and getting a lap dance, and that inspired me to read this forum.

THE film about burlesque, exotic dancing, etc still has yet to be made! Why was there no string of dance films/movies made after Showgirls anyway?
