What was the Mahoney character's rank in the movie?

Mahoney's rank in the original was Cadet. In the second he was officer, and the last two he
starred in (PA 3 & 4) he was sergeant.

Btw, if anyone has a "Police Academy"-movie taped off of the "TBS Superstation" I would gladly buy it :) The picture quality and sound have to be in good condition though. If you're wondering why i want to buy especially those, it's because they include scenes not in the vhs version!

Or part 2 with Schtulman's dog Lou, I can't recall Mahoney ever being together with a dog catcher...

All I can remember (it has been awhile since I have watched any of these) Was that Mahoney was partnered up with an Animal Control Officer. He had to ride around in the truck and there was a big dog (saint bernard type) in the truck slobbering all over the place. I also remember that when Mahoney went to the dog catchers aprtment, the dog catche and the dog were eaching out of the same bowl and the aprtment was a mess. I think that there was a scene in a zoo as well, but not too sure about that.

Yep, what you're talking about is part 2! The end sequence takes place in a zoo, so you're correct.

Hey man i remember these, they're a classic, funny stuff they are. I heard that Jason Biggs is doing a police academy movie, maybe it's a rumor but i love these movies. I think it was good when Steve G was in them. it would be great if all the orginal crew were back to do another one those. That would be some funny ass stuff
