I think there needs to be a movement to get the north shore songs put on a CD as a soundtrack. It would be the ultimate beach-going CD and would stand atop my music collection. Who wants to lead this effort?!

Songs in this movie: Funky Town - Lipps Inc, Living In A Dream - Pseudo Echo, North Shore Roar - Paul Delph, Be My Lover - Peebles, Sounds Of Then - Gangalans, Blue Hotel - Chris Isac, M Style - Lords Of The New Church, Party Next Door - Black Churli, Body And The Beat - Mark Hunter, Shine - Kids In The Kitchen, Am I The One is re-done by Gary Wright the song is Funky Town by Lipps Inc, Feel The Spirit - Linston Matt, Chessboards - Killing Joke, Nature Of The Beast - Angel City, Listening - Pseudo Echo, Stonewall - Angel City , Happy To Give - Journey.

These songs were re-done so you may not find them on Kazaa. If you do, at least you have the names of all the songs in this movie. There ya go Haole!

Yeah, design thing... design me out of the picture howley! here on the North shore we treat friends mo betta.
Greatest movie ever made.

the Journey song is "Happy to Give", off the LP "Raised on Radio". It also serves as the score for the movie, but im am unsure who is performing the score, maybe Jonathan Cain from Journey, The Babys and Bad English.

"What Are You Grinnin At?" - Lance Burkhart

For anyone that is interested, I've almost got every song from this movie on mp3 format...I am missing about 4 songs which include "Am I the One" by Gary Wright, "Nature of the Beast" by Angel City, Body and the Beat" by Mark Hunter, and "Feel the Spirit" by Linston Matt. The songs I do have include "M-Style" by Lords of the New Church, "Chessboards" by Killing Joke, "Stonewall" by Angel City, "Funky Town" by Lipps Inc., "Party Next Door" by Black Churli, "Northshore Roar" by Paul Delph, "Listening" by Pseudo Echo, "Shine" by Kids In the Kitchen, "Sounds of Then" by Gangalans, "Blue Hotel" by Chris Isaac, "Happy To Give" by Journey, & "Living In a Dream" by Pseudo Echo (in which I also have a remix & dozens of other songs by this band). I have also burned them all onto a CD with a beautiful cover I designed. Anyone who is interested in obtaining a copy can email me directly at halfalien_s4@yahoo.com . And if anyone has those few songs I'm missing, I would be willing to trade mp3s with you!

just purchased the dvd this weekend...so cool! I can't believe how much different the cast looks here in 2003! it was a real treat to see Laired Hamilton & John Philbin in the discussion of the characters (in the bonus material) seeing how I had never seen the two of them in an interview before. And of coarse, eveyone else was amazing as well. I had no idea that Gary Lopez (Vince) was a real - life shaper from Hawaii! also lots of deleted scenes and an alternate ending (if you can imagine)...
