Hi, I've just joined. I have seen it several times. It is sensual without excess, and the character development has the same kind of economy. The actress who plays Martha has a great way of expressing emotion without exaggerating gestures. There is a woman who is driven and emotional and passionate, yet understated in her actions. Does anyone know other films with her?

Apparently Martina Gedeck has appeared in nearly 20 films since 1986. I'm not familiar with her nor them though.
