Al used an FN (Fabrique Nationale, a Belgian company) FNC, chambered in .223. I also saw several variations of the AR15, and what I believe to be an Israeli Galil (version of the AK47), an HK91, and a FN SA58/StG58. Quite an awesome gun movie.

Thanks to Jim for identifying that rifle.

Jim- you must be a gun freak to know what kind that is. I just looked it up. Very impressive- thanks again.

Loved the movie, seeing De Niro and Pacino on screen intensity collide for the first time in history. I didn't like the ending, I would have had Neil escape at the mercy of Hanna as Hanna would see himself in De Niro. This would have given an expectation for a sequel.

Is there an extended version of this? I have a 171 minute version that my brother bought (Wal-mart I think...mistake #1). I can tell obviously that parts have been cut out. Sometimes the actors lips are out of sync with the speech. It's highly annoying. If anyone knows where I can go to get the full version, I would appreciate it.
