Im 36 years old and totally straight, but completely charmed by this movie. I thought it was really sweet and funny and the characters were all super cute and it poked fun at itself and was just all around entertaining. I only saw the last hour on IFC one night and I checked in the guide a whole week in advance trying to see if it would come on again. I just thought it was really sweet and charming.

omigod that was the best movie i have ever seen. the boi who played dolf....wow he is so sexy.....even when he was rufio in 'hook', i thought he was yummy....but now....whoo!..hehe
i thought the love scenes were very well done, and megan's father was so funny. Sinead was the coolest girl, and i'd almost feel sorry for her that she didn't get megan, if it weren't for the fact that she's a bitch of course...o well. the cheer at the end was so cute, i cried.....ummm does anyone know what song is playing when megan is in the bathroom the morning after the 'field trip to the cocksucker'. cuz that song is amazing.
this movie made me feel so good about being gay...i was out before i saw it, but now, im just hella-queer!

and i also just wanted to add that this movie was really inspiring. It's such an awsome story of falling in love, and i could relate to the characters so well. It played a big part in helping me discover my sexuality. I want to find the kind of love that graham and megan had... (well part of me just wants to find clea cuz she's so gorgeous!) But yeah, this movie really helped me out when i was all confused, and i hope others see it and realize that being gay is okay :)

Hey, You have no idea how excited I was to come across this discussion thing, I had no idea so many people had the exact same thoughts as me! Just the beginning of this year I was battling all this crap and the worst was I never understood why I didn't get all googly eyed over the "hot guys" as my friends did. Then I saw this movie and I was speechless. Clea Duvall was like my dream come true. Just watching her made me shiver with happiness. I showed my friends but they thought I was a little weird, and now I find out all these people who are just as in love with her as I am! Its great! I love the water dripping from her mouth scene in the bathroom-wow I almost stopped breathing. Now, I finally know why I have never liked a guy.

i absolutely loved this movie!!! clea duvall is so totally hot! this movie was great, funny, and very memorable! Has anyone out there seen Better Than Chocolate?
