I luved the movie it was great my friends thought i was crazy cause i read it so0o0o0o0o0o much it really made me think about how lucky i am but then again .... it would be really cool to hang out with steve>tom cruise , dally> matt dillion , sodapop>rob lowe , two-bit>emilio estevez , darry>patrick swayze , ponyboy>c.thomas howell , johhny>ralph macchio and the rest of them. I have seen the movie so much i know it by heart the movie inspired me to go out for acting. It was such a good book and it taught so0o0o many lessons. But even with all the lessons i still found time to notice the hot hot hot actors !!!!!!!!!! My favorite actor now iz RoB LoWe HiS B-DaY Iz tommorow St PAtricks day which iz totally kewl LOL well anyway if you dont like the movie and the book which i own both u have sum major issues i mean major!!!!! I was so happy when i got the movie cause we were reading the book in my class and when i finished ahead of every1 i went and rented the movie that night then i bought i cried durong the movie and i never every cry during movies it musta been a real good movie to make me cry well i wrote enough i already wrote the one signed SPORTS so bye ~!*THE OUTSIDERS IZ THE BEST ~!*

Wow, is there a word to describe how awesome the movie was, and the book was even better. The story is just amazing and SE Hinton is the best writer. I loved the whole book from begining to the end. So exciting and alot of action espieccly the rumble. And what made the movie best were those guys were HOOOOOTTTT, espieclly Dally, hes is all mine...I think he just feel out of my bed....h/o

i loved the outsiders. it teaches you how life can be when you are a teen. my 7th grade english read the book to us and now we're watching the movie. so far the whole movie is great. i give it 5 *********stars.

i liked the book way better because the movie was to dark so u could not see shit.
and they skiped so many chapters in the movie and imporent which made it lick balls.
the movie needed some specil effects or something causes there was no blood or any thing cool about it

I had 2 read the Outsiders this year for English (7th grade). I definitely loved the book, cause there is so much 2 think about. Today we saw the movie and I am in love with both Dally and Sodapop. DAMN! Did you see those abs? LOL~ those 2 can get my number ;) I loved the part when Soda is getting out of the shower~tehe! O YEA! I'm off subject~ Ponyboy was awesome w/ blond hair... (cept not as hot as Dally and Sodapop!) LYLAS! IM me please..

I read the book before the movie and have to say it was such a great book. Then I saw the movie and it suuuuccckkked. Someone should remake the movie because it left out so much. Yet I have to admitt DALLY was so sexy!!!

~I would have to say that this is a grrrrrrrrrrrrreat movie! I watch it pretty much everyday! (only times I don't watch it is when I am at school and dance!) I wish I could watch it when i'm at school!!!! My favorite characters were Soda, Dally, and Steve because they were funny and they were also hott as well!! Anyways this is a good movie. well i think that the book was awsome but i think that the movie was

The Outsiders is wonderful! The book is a lot more descriptive than the movie but the movie is still great. It taught me a lot...like that I may not have a lot but to be thankful for what I do have. It's so freakin sad dude! Aww...I hate it when little Johnny dies, it's so sad. I could like read/watch it 3 times a day if I had the time. I cried when I got to the end of the book. I never get tired of watchin' or readin that motha. We were watching -&- readin' it in my language arts class and everyone said it was "totally gay" and they thought I was off my freakin rocker because I liked it so much. But I can't help it. I can really relate to the characters...oOh, and by tha way..I can't deny on tha Matt Dillon thang, he WAS lookin' awful good as Dallas Winston. ;-)

The movie the outsiders was sOoOoOoOoOoOo awesome. It was a bummer though that they don't have the beginning or like the courtroom scene. Sodapop, (Rob Lowe) was Hottttttttttt. omg. i luv him. i have him 4 my screen saver. jonny was so cute also. the hottest 1's though were soda, and darry. i luv the part in the movie when two-bit's making fun of the socs. My bro and i always laugh about that, he was awesome @ that part. i luved the poem that ponyboy recited. it was so pretty. I thought it was sad @ the end of the movie when dally dies, he was holding up a fake gun not a real. they shouldn't have shot @ him though. Steve is funny also, i like the part where steve is throwing cards @ soda, it's soooo cute. They shoul've shown Soda's gurl Sandy in the movie though. and they shoul've shown where the socs lived and what jonny's mom looked like. can someone pleez tell me if there is really gonna be a dvd with deleted scenes and every thing. i really want 2 know. pleez tell me. i luuuuuuvvvvvvved the book!! im like totally obsessed wit it!! i h8 bookz but dis 1 was goooood. wen i1st started reading it, id put it on the ground and read it tomorrow but then id pick it up and again and say "eh...1 more chapter cant hurt" i finished the book the same day i started reading it. ponyboy and johnny are definetly da best characters!!!!!!! i cried wen johnny died!! i havent watched the movie yet but iv seen pictures. am i the only 1 who realized dat dally aint spose 2 look like dat in da movie?? in da book he has blonde hair, pointy chin and pointy ears?? helllloooo how come i was the only one who realized dat??

The movie is so great, I just love it! And the boys are all cuties. I like the book a lot, too. It has so many things that you can learn from. I think that all the characters in the movie did a great job. I really liked the part where they made fun of the socs pants. I think that S.E Hinton is a great author. If I ever get a chance to see her, I would tell her what a talent, fantastic, and great author she is. I hope that someday S.E Hinton will be really popular and I hope that she gets the email that I wrote about her.
