I think The Nightmare Before Christmas is wonderful. Along with the rest of Tim Burton's work. The songs in it are so much better than Disney and it has so much more character. I think Jack has such a cool character and for once the leading female isnt annoying beyond all belief. Although the BoogyMan scares me 0_o

My favourite film of all time. tim burton is my god. love loads of his movies. been in2 it since it came out n now am produly wearing jack tattooes on my lower back n am gettin sally 2 go wiv im soon as poss. This movie rocks.

i went to the video store (sad, i know, i dont own it) to get it out and someone had stolen it !!! it killed me.
i love zero and Jack, and yay 4 the lead girl NOT being a ditz who crys and screams at every little thing!!! ( good point PatchworkDove). ^-^ Lion ^-^

I think it's the best one yet by Burton. His work is the greatest. Ever seen his first animated short? "Vincent" Goes to show you, great minds think alike.

My husband and I are going to decorate our house in the "Nightmare Before Christmas" theme for christmas, again, this year. My mom thinks I'm crazy, but my husband loves the idea and that's what counts, right? *big evil grin*

I love the Nightmare Before Christmas, Tim Burton is a genius, as he proves in his other movies as well. A lot of people stereotype this movie as being for children, or not acceptable for children, or a movie that only "punks" like. It's sort of like that cult classic that will never die. It made history with it's unique animation and music and keeps making history with movie sales and sound track sales. This movie was meant to be gold.

the only problem i had with the movie is that everyone in halloween town went to bed at night and woke up at sunrise.... that just doesn't make sense to me. take for instance, the 4(or was it 3) vampire characters. what the hell are they doing up at the crack of dawn wondering what's up with jack? you would think everyone would sleep all day and be up all night. there shouldn't have been any daytime scenes at all. most of the movie is set at night though..... just a small detail that, in my opinion, hurts the consistency of the film. halloween town during the daytime,..?...no way..

I apologise if this has been stated earlier.. but if you pay attention to the rest of Burton's movies, Jack has cameos in all of them.
