This movie was awsome. It was really funny and really well done. some of the dubbing is weird, but overall, I liked it. the part I didn't like about it is the essay we have to write on it (ugh)

hahaha ive loves the whole parts to the movie. makes me laugh big time :) im trying to look for the download, but i dont think no one will have it. i might rent the VHS and rip it and share it online, i doubt the producer will mind due to copyright, considering its an old movie and not very popular.

Funny movie, but very unrealistic. Traders, outside sources, anthropologists, technologies, etc. had permated the Ju/Hoansi life by the time this movie was made in 1978. The people were acting, the main character /Gau wasn't even a hunter. Had this movie been shot in 1928, instead of 78, it might have been more realistic, although the Ju had contact with outsiders starting at the beginning of the 1900s, with the Heroro and Twasani.

My dears the movie is so interesting just from the word go,i loved the way Mr Stain suffered with opening the Gate him self yet at the same time he had to drive.Its just too funny.

I thought that this movie was an interesing about the major clash of cultures and how people bassed on their culture have diffrerent veiws about what was realy out there and how it can be very funny. I thought that the idea of the "Coke" Bottle was extremly intereating because it was something very normal for one culture and a gift for another. I found this clash very entertaining and i would like to watch this movie again
