This is one of the best movie i've ever seen. Normaly when you see a movie more than once it's getting lame but not with this movie.

This movie sucked big time! i'm 18 years old and this film is full of shit! there are no real characters, their are all flat. The saints are too tuff, Rocco's character is just put in the movie to have some fuckin' humor and the policeman is too much of a wiseguy, in real life things would be more discussed with other experts. Besides the prayer the saints say before they shoot somebody is such a rip-off from Pulp Fiction!!! now there is a fucking good movie...so..fuck you all!

Unmatched cinematography, well casted, beautifuly scripted, and classic in its own right.

Any reasons for it's delayed release were unjustified. Its just a movie, and just a really good movie at that. I fully support anyone within shouting distance of those sad excuses for quasi make believe its all better censors that tells them where to stick it.

And if you are at all responsible for that delay... Dont do that ever again. That was not cool. BAD!

If you haven't seen it, see it. If you've only rented, buy it. and if you own it, why are you reading this message? Go watch it again!

... and after that, maybe a second time, but you should go get some exersize, seriously. Go outside, natural light is a good thing...

my favorite movie besides "Snatch" ....i actually got it for an x-mas presant...Norman Reedus, Hot. Sean Patrick Flannery, Hot...and irish?...thats a plus!!!!!
I think my favorite part is when you find out how Sean and Norman got the two guys at their appartment...(when they were telling willem Dafoe at the station). If I could, i'd probably buy like, 5 copies of the movie so that I would never get any of the copies ruined from watching them over and over!

You have to appreciate a movie that boys and girls can watch together and just...salivate over. The boys, the tough Irish pride/action plot and the girls, everything else....The accents sucked though. Really. Get a dialect coach, jesus. Perhaps they casted only for sex appeal??

The part when they step out of the church and light up their cigarettes... beautiful, and I really enjoyed the scene in the courthouse in the end. So self-righteous, yet so fun. so fun

I love this movie so much! It's my favourite movie, by far, of all time. I loved all the characters, the plot, music, everything. I loved David Della Rocco's character and also Willem Dafoe. They actually do have depth, TTT. There's a point to every little thing in this movie, a story behind everything. It's an amazing movie.

very good movie. one of my faves.

this movie reminded so much of the movie (I said movie twice didnt I ?!)
Dogma with Chris Rock, Matt Damon, Benifer, and so on.. But this movie was "swift" especially Willem Dafoes character, real smooth but also tempted by the "art" of taking someone's life in such a way that it becomes a self fufilling prophecy..

14, UK. This is one of the best, no...THE best action-cult movie i have ever seen. The acting and directing , flawless. The storyline is intense. Religion and ethics, what do you percieve as being good and bad?

i could go on, but msot of you have captured the words that describe the amazing ..AMAZINGNESS of the film.

Are they or are they not goign to make The Boondock Saints:All Saints Day (the apparent follow up) ?

They better, i wanna see how it plays out. Which wins, moderns society's grasp on ethics, or the will of god through the brothers and their farther vigilanties?

p.s
The family prayer..WOW. When they said it in the courtroom after their speach on what they are doign and why, that was more then intense. Goosebumps and shivers all the time (in a amazed sense of realism) so fecking good ( FECK!! ...ARSE!!!) . Their are so many amazing scenes...infact all of them are. It truely is a film i can watch over and over and not get bored, but love it further.

I watched this movie for the first time a week ago and it was amazing. My friends had been quoting lines from it since this summer and said it was one of the best movies and they were right. Just the whole story line is great then add some great actors like DaFoe, Flannery, and Reedus and you've got an unmatched movie.
