Morgan Freeman positively MADE this movie. His narration was so...real. No matter how many times I see this film I cry my little eyes out! To all the Stephen King doubters out there- this story realy proves his genius. Fantastic! although I probably would never have seen it if it wasn't for a chance viewing on tv. This film goes to prove that critics are wrong ( I don't remember it being a big hit in England when it first came out). I'll always remember the day my R.E teacher put this film on. Instead of relaxing into the familiar lull of my interrupted dreams, my memory flickered back to C4's top 100 movies, number 2 to be precise, then to my video recorder, where lying in it was the tape of this fantastic film - then, by pure chance, I managed to borrow it off of someone I knew. He loves it. I love it. We don't love each other; we're in love with the film.
