| Discussion: Shallow Hal What is the hidden meaning behind the movie, other than obvious. What is the story about hthe peace Corp ? and the guy the movie was dedicated to? Some of the stills at the end credits look like peace corp shots ? Theres a story in there some where , I hope?? I'm pretty sure thats the only hidden meaning. Oh and also that the pursuit of perfection in a lover is pointless! The peace corp is used to show the "Goodness" of Gwyneths charachter. I'm not sure who the movie was dedicated to, Why do you care? Jesus you're obsessed with the Peace Core! Let it Go!!?!?! All thats important was that it was a funny, feel good movie. The feel good factor being Hey, even if you're fat u can find love! Also i find myself Strangely attracted to Jack Black in this film.
