Resevoir dogs is one of my favourite films i love it, the interaction between the charachters and the script is what makes it so appealing. Most people rule it off as a good film because of the violence bit that's merely a background to the development of the charachtes throughout the film. Mr. White is my favourite, Harvey Keitel is animal,he seems like the old and wiser player even though he seems to let his heart rule his head. He acts almost like a father figure to Mr. Orange which is very cute!

This movie is amazing! Tarantino owns a special kinda vision, that only he can film it to a movie as genius like this one! The screenplay is excellent (no dull moments between the characters lil' chattin'), like in any Tarantino movie. I recommend this one to anyone, who likes great screenplay and amazingly simple but powerfull story!

It's the kind of movie that keeps you glued to the screen no matter how many times you watch it because there is never a dull moment, i agree with you Plaztik.

Violence as a second nature to humans? Epaté the movie goers? An ireverent sarcasm provided by the ignorance of a culture manipulated to create slaves of a distorted patriotism , if is going to be an american movie it has to deal with the anihilation of the human spirit , for the sake of the boxoffice? What else could have move Mr, Tarantino. ? Perhaps his inability to see himself.

Reservoir dogs is a great movie just one notch bellow pulp fiction mainly for pulp fictions better layout of a twisted timeline i find that the dogs form was a little more jagged and less smooth but still really well done. I often quote Pinks "no tip" arguement to waitress's and waiters and then tip extra if the know were it comes from or can beat it of course though it is ever evolving as it become beaten but i have never changed the qoutes to suit the arguement then again i havent needed to.

This is the GREATEST FILM ON EARTH.
Watch it, watch it again. Wear out the tape then buy it all over again.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Fast wind to the bit where Mr Blonde starts chopping up the rookie cop.
"All you can do is pray for a quick dead....which you ain't gonna get."

Thank you Quinten. This film is CUNTING BRILLIANT.

Brilliant film!!

Mr Blonde = Vic Vega.
Vic Vega = Pulp Fiction

The Vic Vega in Pulp Fiction is shot by Bruce Willis.
The Vic Vega in Reservoir Dogs is shot by Tim Roth (aka Mr Orange).
Both Vic Vega's die. Both Vic Vega's are the same person.

Dunno about that one. They were rumored to be brothers.

Reservoir Dogs: Victor Vega
Pulp Fiction: Vincent Vega

Their characters are totally different.....Vincent isnt a lunatic.

The Reservoir Dogs - 10th Anniversary Special Limited Edition 4 Pack is a joke. Thats 8 DVD's of the same movie. (Widescreen + Fullscreen)

>>By quiet-kid   (Friday, 27 Aug 2004 03:40)

So, for the record.......who DID shoot Nice Guy Eddie? That's right.....no one, my friends. Squib went off early. Can't really tell of course, unless you're really, really obsessive. Who, me?

>>By The Walrus   (Friday, 27 Aug 2004 19:15)

Mr. White shot Nice Guy Eddie.

>>By quiet-kid   (Friday, 27 Aug 2004 21:02)

Thank you for that one, Mr or Ms quiet kid (I haven't viewed your profile yet). You must have been really smart to figure out that one.

Just in case sarcasim is lost in you people (or if your American of white origin - after all they are the thickest), the last statement was sarcastic.

lmfao.. classic line

>>By Piercus1986   (Thursday, 2 Sep 2004 20:00)

I just clarified that it was Mr. White who shot Nice Guy Eddie, Tchock. You dont have to be sarcastic in hopes of getting noticed. I forgive you.

>>By quiet-kid   (Sunday, 12 Sep 2004 10:43)

I know - it was the other guy who I was being sarcastic to. Sorry if I offended you :).

>>By Tchock   (Wednesday, 22 Sep 2004 18:11)

It is my favorite film ever (with Donnie Brasco and The Good, The Bad and The Ugly) I can't remember how many times I've watched it. It made me a Michael Madsen fan. Tarantino created the character "Vincent Vega" for Michael Madsen but when he asked him to act in Pulp Fiction, Madsen was preparing to act in Wyatt Earp so he refused. What a pity...
