| Discussion: Phantom Of Paradise Well I c no ppl have started a discussion about this film... I just saw it and i wanna say masterpiece! i like De Palma but never herad of this one before. The music is great and the concept of the movie is really good. both ideas from the phantom of the opera, faust, dorian gray, rock music industry.. are put onto screen. After this, u have the feeling u just attended to a cult film , a generation movie. who wants to share feelings? >>By Flavio I first saw the movie back in the mid 70"s when I was a "preteen", needless to say, I missed most of the message back then, but now 30 years later - it is a true masterpiece and it's unfortunate that it was rated as just a low budget flick.
