i saw this movie sixteen years ago and i never knew the name. everyone i asked about it had no idea about a plotline with crazy suburban teenagers who live in half built houses taking over schools with banana seats and shotguns. if it was,nt for the internet and the undying quest for the greatest movie i,ve ever seen i would have gone to my grave without ever seeing it again.

This is one of my favorite movies as it was filmed in my backyard (Englewood Colorado, close to Aurora...but Englewood none the less). I was the same age as the cast so when filmed and it really hit home. It is filmed next the Cherry Creek reservoir and the houses suburbs are located just to south south west of Cherry Creek high shcool, where I went. The school in the film is located next to the high school and is a junior high (middle school).....dang....cant remember the name....sorry.

YEA the sound track kicks butt !!!!!!!!!!

Well I highly recommend this film!!!

First time I had ever heard Cheap Trick's "Downed". One of my favorite films and probably one of the best compiled soundtracks in film.

first song as i remember is "hello there" from Cheap Trick right after the boys shoot out a windshield on the overpass.
