Ray Romano did an awsome job playing Manny. hes got a great sense of humor with a mix of sarcasm and family fun. The rest was okay, but not that memorable. On a trivial note: Why Dodoes? Unlike many of the other critters in the film, they actually survived well past the ice age. I also find it a bonus that it didn't contain a numerous amount off Broadway-esque songs. Be Our Guest racks my nerves like cotton rubbing against teeth! In anycase, I found the computer animation in this film amazing! Theres been some horribly CA films made. If anything, I think this movie helped advance CA technology. So, Bill Pilgrim, DOOM ON YOU for messing with Sid the Sloth! He's my homie! >>By CherryBombshell i saw this movie last night. i found it quite fresh and witty. and the voice talent was exceptional. and i liked the way they used a very tight and conventional dramatic devise, of following three stories (diego, manny+sloth and scrat) and tying them up neatly. the absence of songs, as CherryBombshell says, is a welcome trend. unlike, brother bear which i found quite manipulative and cliched. all in all a very well made movie. >>By Spiderspit The extra scenes that come with the DVD version are amazing.
