alot of the ping pong shots were done on computer...all special effects.....it was all done so well. gary sinese is an awesome actor too.

Critics slandered this movie and personally, I don't care for it, but think of all the little things that people say and do that remind you of this movie.
1. "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get."
2. Simply saying the word "shrimp".
3. You see a crazy man in a wheel chair, what do you think of?

A film that could not be done without Tom Hanks, at least not that convincing. Have seen this one several times (3.......4x?) but it is still entertaining. And it is so much true what this story's telling: if ya really want to, ya gonna make it.
