DIRTY DANCING. I thought i was diserpointing that we didn't see the whole sex scene when Patrick takes off Jennifer's shirt and we see her bra. I think it is disserpointing that we don't see them have sex much. They should had made a extended version of the first sex scene, where we see Baby and Johnny start having sex after he takes her shirt off and we see them having it off.

Im love this movie and am trying to get every version. So far I only have it on VHS and DVD.
Oh and if you get the DVD version you get told why they dont show you the full sex scene. They had made one.

This movie is nothing short of incredilble. Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze set the movie screen aflame and sweep away their audience with their incredible love story. I love this movie!

This is a great movie i love the dance at the end it is my favorite part. I love patrick swayze he is so hot and in this movie he is a basass but also a hopeless romantic. i think this is a movie all girls will like not guys it is defintly a chick flick!!

Dirty Dancing is the best movie ever!!!! Patrick Swayze is so gorgeous and the dances that are in the movie are so amazing. Especially at the end(my favorite part of the movie) You see not only the rebel in Patrick but also the softer side of him.

THis movie i cried and its not even sad.... im also a dancer and the dancing and music in this movie is great!!!!!!!!! But I think that the love story is the best part~ tear!!!!!! I think that this movie is the best movie i have ever seen and when Jonney dances with his top off....Phwaaaa! He is so good lookin and i would love to meet a Boy that could dance that is not gay... (and good looking) I know im only 14 BUT i know what i want! The movie is GREAT and i would do anything to dance like that. I am doing some of the dances they do... I watched this movie for the first time last week (I'm 17) and am now totally obsessed with it. I've watched it six times in seven days...gah!
The song when they're carrying the watermelons is called "Where are you tonight" by Tom Johnston...it's actually later on in the film as well, but just as background music.

This is one of my favorite movies. I have an early transcript that was revised a bit for the actual movie. It was very interesting to read how the movie was originally supposed to be done.

As for the nose job....yes she did get it done and your right her carrer took a real crash after words because noone reconised her.
Did anyone know the actors/ess. Baby and Johny. I know Patrick but can't remember the name of the girl that played baby but they off sceen really did not like each other I was really shocked.........She said off camera that Patrick is a real p****.
I understand the love for the movie the tape I use to have I watched it so much I wore out the tape. It no longer plays and I could tell you word for word the whole movie with out it playing.
But Awsome movie! I haven't seen the new dirty dancing though..........has anyone else? Is it any good? I have heard that its not as good as the first one.

I just saw this movie for the first time. It came out in 1987. Geesh it took me 19 years to see it. I'd have to say, I agree with most of what was written here before me. It's a great movie.

How can everyone say that due to her nose job her career went south?? How many hits before dirty dancing did she have???Lots of actors get plastic surgery and still thrive....Also, other actors who had no work done also had 1 hit wonders...
