| Discussion: Count Of Monte Cristo This has got to be the best book and the best movie ever ! As usual, the book is much better than the movie, but for an adaptation of a book, the movie is awesome ! :):) i luv this movie and could watch is 1000 times ! >>By The Countess Of Monte Cristo wow. Its been like 2 years since anyone was on here. Oh well. I just wanted to say that I like the movie becaise It had more action but the book had more Secrecy and conspiracy. The book was definately better because Edmond didnt end up with mercedes.
