| Discussion: Buffy The Vampire Slayer Come on people, does nobody else love this show......oh well it kicks ass and I love it >>By solace_velvet i love this show its soooo awesome im obsessed with it >>By emogirl I was so sad to see it end, and only with an hour long episode at that. I wanted a full 2 hours and/or a feature film to fully tie all the ends up. Apparently Buffy herself, may be making an appearence on Angel this coming season. It may be the final season, so perhaps there is still hope for the 2 of them to be together. Then again, Spike will also be there too, so there's bound to be some troubles. It didn't capture the feminism aspect that made the series so great and refreshing. Joss Whedon even walked out of the movie half way through production because he knew the nobody really "Got" the concept of what Buffy was supposed to be all about. Everyone around Buffy lives up to the normal rollmodels, that come back in every american teleserie... the intellect is inn the hands of a man, a man she can not do without, the sentimental parts are played by women, who are also more often victim then any man in the serie. Those man are mostly being bad, but are always accomplished by a even bad grlfrnd, maybe abit dumber and surely very blond... Very tacky bad specail effects poor acting with poor characters. Bad plots with bad lines IM mean come on they finally have the main character die and here i was thanking god it was over but no they bring her back to life youve got to be kidding me. Ressurection only works in two plot line A) the bible because its kinda the whole point hes jesus son of god blah blah blah personly i think it didnt work to well but its not like the bible was ment to have a plot with twists and turns. and B) Frankstien and this has been made so bad so many times as well only the old books are good anything made after the origanol stories are awful minus young frankstien but thats cause its a comedy. >>By Billy Pilgrim Endless, UR sic, or at least disturbed. Sorry. :-) She played a great Princess Bratz-Loser, though. Dawn was the most irritating character on that show... and that's saying alot when we had Xander to compare her to. A whiner, completely self-absorbed, grating voice, SO TOTALLY in need of a 2 by 4 upside her head, GOD I couldn't watch an episode where she had a major part that I didn't wish Joss would kill that brat off....
