Discussion: Being John Malkovich

a very peculiar idea translated in an interesting philosophic movie. liked it much.

The permutations are fast in this movie so one needs to tread gently to catch all the subtleties it offers. Much like the Polyradicion lindenii (ghost orchid) they are all hard to find but satiating once found.

side note: Please catch John's new movie The Dancer Upstairs. It's been out for awhile but hasn't had much of a release in my neck of the woods. Javier Bardem is ample as Detective LT. Agustin Rejas. I particularly liked how they used Nina Simone (are we not poorer down here without her?) doing a cover of "who knows where the time goes" in the beginning and the end.

A hung dog reaps a revolution.
