| Discussion: Beautiful Thing I absolutely loved this movie. It is a movie that everyone who has any thoughts at all on the issue of homosexuality should watch. It prooved (in my mind anyway) that love is not something that two people can avoid and that love has no sex. Should comeone fall hopelessly in love with someone of the same sex, then more power to them! It is a very well done movie that is very realistic and heartfelt. Has anyone read the book? or seen any other movies that are as good? The fact of the matter is, so many people are afraid of homosexuality because they do not understand it.
